Who’s behind it

I’m Qasim, and I run Cart Gaze. I started it after watching good local businesses lose work to calls they couldn’t get to, like the after-hours call or the second line ringing while someone is already busy. Does it collect patient health information?

No. By default the receptionist answers from a script you approve and does not ask for or store PHI. Healthcare clients who need more run that under a separate Business Associate Agreement, not through this line.

What happens with urgent or medical questions?

It does not give medical, legal, or pricing advice. Anything urgent or out of scope gets escalated to your staff or your after-hours protocol. You set the rules.

How fast can it go live?
