We default to a No-PHI design: the system never collects medical history, insurance IDs, or symptoms. When an engagement genuinely requires PHI, we build on BAA-backed vendors with audit logging, and we'll tell you plainly what that does and doesn't cover.

Care plans are month-to-month. There's no long contract, and you can stop when it stops paying for itself. The setup is a one-time build that lives in your own accounts, so even if we part ways, you keep the system.
