What this number is

+1 210-796-2099 is a demonstration line operated by Cart Gaze LLC, a Texas company. It runs our AI receptionist product, Velaire Health, so that people evaluating the product can call it and hear exactly how it behaves.

The people who call this number are clinic owners, practice managers, and others considering the product for their own business, along with our own staff testing it. It is not a patient line for any medical practice. When a practice becomes a customer, they get their own phone number registered under their own business details, separate from this one.

How you opt in

You opt in by calling us. When you phone this number, the AI receptionist answers. If your call is not completed, or it comes in outside business hours, that same number may text you back about your call, which is the behaviour the product is demonstrating.

Your own inbound call is the consent for that reply. There is no signup form and no keyword to text. We never message a number that has not called us first, and we never buy, rent, or import phone numbers for messaging.

Our system will not send a message unless a consent record exists that covers the reason for the message. That rule is enforced by the database itself, so it applies to every part of the system without exception.

What you will receive

The main message is the follow-up after a call we did not complete. We also send example messages showing other things the product can do for a practice, so a caller evaluating it can see them on their own phone. Every one of these goes to the person who called us, and every one says it is an example.

This number never messages patients. A practice that becomes a customer sends its own patient messages from its own number, registered under its own business details, with consent collected by that practice.

Message frequency and cost

You will receive no more than two messages for each call you make to us. We do not send recurring campaigns, newsletters, or marketing blasts on this number.

Message and data rates may apply. Cart Gaze LLC does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop them

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. One opt-out stops every kind of message we send, not just the one you replied to.

What we do with your number
