Who we are

Cart Gaze LLC is an AI automation agency. This policy covers information collected through our website, cartgaze.com. Questions: qasim@cartgaze.com.

What we collect

• What you give us. When you request a Growth Leak Audit or contact us, we collect your name and email address.
• Basic technical data.Your browser sends your IP address with each request. We use it only in memory to rate-limit the form and block abuse — we don’t store it alongside your submission.
• No tracking cookies.We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is saved locally in your browser and never sent to us.
• No patient health information. This website is not designed to collect medical history, insurance IDs, symptoms, or any protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit PHI through the form.

How we use it

We use your name and email to send the audit you requested and to follow up about working together. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

We use a small set of vendors to run the site on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and the email provider that hosts the inbox your message lands in. They process the data only to provide those services.

Your choices & retention

We keep the information you submit for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us, email qasim@cartgaze.com and we will delete it from our systems.

Healthcare clients

Client engagements that involve protected health information are governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement and are not handled through this website.
