Overview

These terms apply to your use of cartgaze.com, operated by Cart Gaze LLC. They cover the website itself. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work (SOW) that you sign — those terms control where they differ from these.

What we do

Cart Gaze builds AI receptionists, conversion websites, local SEO and content engines, CRM follow-up, and n8n automations for clinics and local service businesses.

No guarantees

Any figures, estimates, or sample plans shown on this site or in a Growth Leak Audit are illustrative planning scenarios, not guarantees of results. Outcomes depend on your market, offer, and execution.

Engagements & payment

Scope, pricing, and deliverables are set in your written proposal/SOW. Typical structures (setup fee plus a monthly care plan) are described on the site for orientation and are confirmed in writing before any commitment.

Ownership

You own your accounts, your data, and the automations we build for you. We retain our own pre-existing tools, templates, and methods used to deliver the work.

Confidentiality & healthcare

Engagements that involve protected health information are governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement. We design to a No-PHI default unless an engagement requires otherwise.

Acceptable use & liability

Please don’t misuse the site or submit other people’s information without their consent. The website is provided “as is,” and to the extent permitted by law our liability for use of the website is limited.
