Do I have to move off Shopify or rebuild my store?

No. Everything sits on top of the store you already run. We connect to your Shopify, your email tool, and your SMS through n8n, with no replatform, no theme rewrite, and no migration. Your checkout stays exactly as it is.

Will the chat assistant make up answers about my products?

It only answers from what you give it: your catalog, sizing, shipping rules, and policies. When it hits something it doesn't know, or a real exception, it hands the conversation to a person instead of guessing. You approve the scope before it goes live.

How is this different from the cart-recovery app I already installed?
