For independent insurance agencies
Every quote that sits in your inbox overnight is a policy a competitor binds first.
A shopper fills out your quote form at 9 PM, then calls two other agencies before you open. Renewals lapse because nobody chased them. The cross-sell on a monoline auto client never happens. We build the follow-up system that catches those leaks: quote intake, renewal reminders, and claim routing that run while your producers sleep.
- AI quote intake + qualify
- Renewal + cross-sell campaigns
- FNOL routing to the right producer
- Binding always stays with a licensed agent
Where it leaks
The gaps that quietly cost you bookings.
After-hours quote requests go cold
A shopper hits your website form or calls at night. By morning they've already talked to two competitors. Insurance buyers shop fast. The first agency to respond usually writes the policy, and right now that's rarely you.
Renewals lapse on autopilot
A renewal notice goes out, nobody follows up, and the client drifts to a direct carrier or a cheaper quote. Each lapsed renewal is recurring commission walking out the door, and you only notice when the book shrinks.
Round-out and cross-sell never happen
Half your auto clients have a homeowners policy somewhere else. The monoline book is full of obvious bundles, but nobody has time to work it. The cross-sell list lives in everyone's head and gets touched approximately never.
FNOL and quote follow-up clog the producers
First-notice-of-loss calls get bounced around until they land on whoever's free. Quote follow-up sequences depend on a producer remembering to call back on day three. Both are manual, both slip, and both cost you retention and new business.
What we build
Your growth system, built to fit.
Done-for-you automation tuned to how your agency actually runs. It lives on tools you own, so you always have the keys.
AI quote intake + qualifier
Answers the after-hours call or web form, captures the risk basics (line of business, coverage, ZIP, prior carrier), qualifies the lead, and books a callback with the right producer. No quoting, no advice. It gathers and routes so a licensed agent closes warm instead of cold.
- Voiceflow + Claude
- Twilio
Renewal + cross-sell campaigns
Automated renewal reminders that start 60 and 30 days out, plus round-out sequences that flag every monoline client ripe for a bundle. The book works itself instead of waiting on a producer's memory.

- GoHighLevel
FNOL intake + routing
First-notice-of-loss comes in by call or text, gets captured into a clean intake record, and routes straight to the producer or carrier desk that owns the account, so there's no game of telephone and no dropped claims.

Quote follow-up sequences
Every open quote gets a timed text-and-email cadence so warm shoppers don't go silent. The producer sees who replied and who's ready to bind, and the busywork of chasing runs itself.

How it runs
One automation, wired into your tools.
We build the automation flow and connect it to the phone, CRM, calendar, and email you already use. Every message it sends is yours to approve, and the whole system lives in your accounts. If we part ways, you keep it.
The diagram is a schematic of the workflow we build for you. It is drawn for your business, not a stock template or a screenshot of someone else’s system.
New quote request (web form, missed call, or inbound SMS)
Trigger
Capture + qualify
AI gathers line of business, coverage, ZIP, prior carrier, with no advice or quoting
Score + tag
Flags the lead as new business, renewal, or FNOL and tags the line
Route to producer
Sends to the right licensed agent by line and territory for binding
Start follow-up cadence
Kicks off the timed text + email quote sequence so it never goes cold
Log to CRM
Writes a clean record into GoHighLevel, with a minimal data footprint and no sensitive fields in logs
Warm lead routed + sequenced: producer binds, nothing sits overnight
Run your own numbers
If __ quote requests a week go cold overnight, and a written policy is worth $__ in first-year commission, here's what catching them is worth.
Quote requests that go unanswered each week
example: 6
Share you'd realistically bind with same-hour follow-up
example: 1 in 4
First-year commission per policy
example: $180

Fair questions.
Does the AI quote or give coverage advice?
No. It captures and qualifies the request (line, coverage, ZIP, prior carrier) and routes it to a licensed producer. Quoting, advice, and binding always stay with your agent. The system closes the gap between request and human; it doesn't replace the human.
How do you handle client data?
On a need-to-know basis. Intake data flows to your CRM and the assigned producer, not into logs or anywhere it doesn't belong. We keep the data footprint minimal by default and only collect what the producer needs to follow up and bind.
We already use an AMS and a rater. Will this fight with them?
No. We sit in front of them. The intake and follow-up layer captures and routes the lead, then hands clean data to your producer, who works it in the rater and AMS like always. We automate the chasing and routing, not the underwriting.
